Beautiful job, great service! The owners work as a husband & wife team and are so well connected such that when we encountered a problem with our wiring where we wanted to install our doggie door... were able to provide us with options and who to call (on the cheap) to get it fixed. Even better, they were able to complete the installation within 24 hours AND (get this) without hesitating, added us to an already overbooked Saturday schedule just so we wouldn’t have to wait to get our door. The product is wonderful. The owner is awesome. My dogs were contained quickly. When one of the receivers broke, not only did the warranty replacement arrive quickly, the dog didn't even attempt to leave the fenced area when uncollared.. I will highly recommend this company and their product to anyone needing a hidden containment system.read more

Tina installed our fence six years ago and it has been great!! We've never had any problems with the fence and it definitely has done the job of keeping our dogs inside the yard. Tina is always very prompt and helpful whenever we've needed new batteries/collars or if any questions arise. We would definitely recommend her and her business!read more

No customer service provided after the product is installed. We currently have our 2nd defective collar and can not get its serviced. We have been told several different reasons why including, " the man with the trailer key is sleeping and I do not want to wake him up." Left information with the corporate office and waiting to see if they can assist us.read more

Tina knows her stuff and is always responsive to any questions. The underground fence works great and keeps my 55 lb rescue dog in the yard. I even have neighboring dogs wander in to play and he will not follow them out when they leave.

Hi Tina, If you recall we have the "share" dog and take our battery out when Rocky is not here. However, our son has been traveling a lot and Rocky has been here quite a bit. We are in love with the fence. He just romps everywhere, chasing squirrels and fully loving the freedom. It is amazing how well he knows his boundaries.
